1. Return Period We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition for Return Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact us at ambercrafters@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
5. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at ambercrafters@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
